PulseOn has been rigorously validated during cardio sports i.e. running, walking and cycling. However, it can be used during any sports. In sports which involve active use of forearm muscles, a lot of movements of wrist tendons, or a lot of rapid hand movements or shaking, the heart rate reliability may be compromised. To improve the accuracy on such sports, you may try using PulseOn a bit higher in your forearm, 5-8cm/1,9-3,1 inch from your wrist bone.
A traditional chest belt tends to move or fall off when I do high impact sports, will PulseOn work for me?
